An Introduction to Attribute Based Herbalism

I find the topic of herbs to be one of the most interesting and exciting topics in the world.

Simultaneously, I find the vast majority of content related to the topic of herbs and herbalism to be utterly dull and boring.

That seems contradictory, how can that be so?

This contradiction can be understood with a single word: Paradigm.

A paradigm is the frame for a set a views.

Most paradigms related to herbalism occure within the framework of medicinal applications.

In other words, they’re all geared toward the goal of fixing a health problem.

Ultimately the goal of medicinal herbalism is to get back to normal.

That is great if someone has a specific ailment and a specific herb relieves that specific ailment.

Unfortunately if someone doesn’t have an issue that an herb is good for, it’s simply not very compelling.

There’s also the fact that having normal as your goal is pretty boring.

My personal paradigm is very different than this more traditional approach.

I want to be as powerful as possible.

I want to be smarter, faster, more energetic, happier, wiser, stronger, and so on.

Probing the limits of what’s possible is far more compelling and exciting than just normal.

To the goal of becoming as powerful as possible, there are few things better than certain power herbs.

Attribute based herbalism focuses on herbs that build you up toward new heights that far exceed the normal baseline.

Remember, we don’t want to be normal, we want to be as powerful as possible.

This requires unique nutrients and compounds to build very specific qualities within ourselves.

There are herbs that provide these unique components that can help fuel your growth towards increasing almost any attribute.

Defining this concept of “attributes” is critical to understanding the value of this paradigm.

I’m using attributes to mean various qualities of human experience or output.

Things like strength, speed, stamina, intelligence, calmness, happiness, charisma, drive, motivation, vitality, compassion, etc.

Almost any component of your existence or experience of life could be subdivided or categorized as an attribute.

It’s the combination of all attributes that forms the fullness of what we are.

Breaking down the complete being into specific attributes makes things much easier to get a handle on.

A goal of “being better” is very vague and doens’t do much to help orient us in any specific direction.

Wanting to be better in a specific way such as “having more motivation” is far more useful in providing a roadmap or a least a direction in which to head.

This provides us with the steps to take in order to reach our destination, or a least head towards the destination.

This also synergizes with the herbs themselves.

That’s because each “attribute based herb” has one or more human attributes that it bolsters.

For any attribute you can think of, there’s an herb that supports or bolsters it.

In this way, you can pick out and select herbs based on the specific ways in which you’d like to grow.

Want more energy, drive, motivation and happiness? Take Ginseng.

Want more calm, stronger immunity, and deeper meditation? Take Reishi mushroom.

Want more physical vitality, deep vital reserves, and exercise performance? Take cordyceps.

This unique paradigm for understanding herbs allows us to to grow and empower ourselves in a way that’s totally personalized for our own unique goals.

If you’ve ever wished to be or grow a certain way, now you have the fuel to help you get there.

Vitality Defined

Vitality is a centrally important, yet little understood, concept.

Quality of life, health and happiness, and all revolve around and utilize vitality.

But what is vitality?

Vitality is a concept, often vaguely used, in many health-oriented circles to describe various things.

The specific and precise definition for it I’ve come up with is:

Vitality is your body’s available health reserves.

So what is a health reserve?

Every form and function of your body requires resources.

Every tissue, gland, cell, organ, twitch, turn, and movement of your body requires materials in order to exist and function.

Every different component, and many different actions, require different types of materials.

A cell wall requires cholesterol, your muscle requires glucose, your brain requires fats, your liver requires b vitamins, and your pancreas needs enzymes.

You could consider all of these different materials required to live to be your health resources.

Your vitality.

But don’t we get and replenish these items from food?

In the case of most materials, we do replenish them by eating.

After all, the whole point of eating is to provide fuel and building blocks for the body to function.

However, there are some things which are clearly not fully replenished, refilled, or repaired.

This lack of complete refill and repair is, in essence, aging.

Perhaps if there was a way to identify and correct these depleted reserves, people could significantly extend their age.

That discussion will be for another time, but the core concept there is highly relevant to the discussion at hand.

The essential understanding here is that while much of our vitality (health reserves) is replenished with a good diet, it’s not completely replenished.

Substances like the great tonic super-herbs, have demonstrated an ability to replace and replenish aspects of health that are rarely benefited by standard food.

While all of the isolated components required for complete revitalization are yet to be identified, it’s easy to observe the potent effects that many power herbs have in increasing vitality.

This observed increase in vitality is likely due to unique compounds found in the herbal substances.

Naming each of the specific compounds involved is beyond the scope of this article, but a broad, intuitive theory takes shape rather easily.

The body requires a range of different chemicals and compounds, some of which are not available in the standard food supply.

Herbs have been identified specifically for their ability to supply the compounds people don’t typically obtain otherwise.

This makes herbs essential to optimizing health and increasing vitality.

Let’s recap.

Vitality is the available health resources of the body.

These resource build and fuel every aspect of your life.

Having more vitality thereby, allows you to be stronger and do more, because you have more resources at your disposal.

These resource requirements are not entirely fulfilled through standard food consumption alone.

In the case of needing or wanting greater vitality, other components, such as tonic herbs, need to be consumed as well.

You could think of vitality as your health bank account.

If you deposit into it, you can build up a great reserve fund that you’re able to draw upon when  you need or want to something.

Perhaps if you build it up enough vitality, you can truly reshape your life.

The Real Secret To Success

Have you ever wondered what really makes someone successful?

Have you thought, “man, if only I could get some of that special something that successful people seem to just radiate with, then I could be successful too!”

Well, I have good news for you.

Success and achievements aren’t the result of magic, fairy tails, or make believe.

Success happens due to real, solid, physical, concrete reasons.

I’m going to tell you exactly what those reasons are.

Countless self help experts, gurus, and life coaches all seem to ultimately say the same thing about success.

It comes down to your drive/desire/motivation/vision/hunger etc.

You can say it different ways but they’re all fundamentally saying the same thing.

If you want something bad enough, you’ll get it.

Period.

I told you there are concrete reasons behind success didn’t I?

So then how is having “hunger” or “drive” solid and concrete?

What does that even mean?

Well it’s simple.

If you truly want something badly enough, you’ll do whatever it takes to make it happen.

You might have to invent a new solution or do things you never thought you’d be able to.

The specifics of what you need to will vary from person to person, but ultimately the key driving force behind you doing any of the actions required for your success is your desire.

It’s your fundamental, foundational reason for doing anything!

So let’s recap what’s been covered so far.

If you want to be succeed, you just have to want it badly enough and have enough drive, motivation, desire, etc, to do what needs to be done to make it happen.

But there’s one key thing still missing.

It’s the key element that no one else is going to tell you.

Are you ready to hear what it is?

Remember, this little concept can actually change your entire life if you simply understand it and implement it to it’s fullest.

We just established that with enough drive and motivation you can make anything happen.

Desire is the lifeblood of success.

If you can nourish your goals with enough drive, then you make them them happen.

But there’s one key part missing:

HOW DO YOU GET DRIVE, DESIRE, AND MOTIVATION IN THE FIRST PLACE?

If you already had enough drive then you would have already done whatever you needed to do to achieve your goals.

So obviously you need to get more.

But how do you get more of something that so ephemeral and hard to solidly grasp?

Well, as I stated earlier, this is all actually very concrete, solid, physical, and real.

Motivation, drive, vision, and desire, aren’t just fancy theoretical concepts floating off in magic fairy tale land.

In fact, all of those hard to define concepts are based on actual physical, solid molecules and compounds in the body.

If you have the right balance of hormones, neurotransmitters, and other chemistry then you’ll feel the things we call motivation, drive and desire.

In other words, this vital concept of desire is PHYSICALLY BASED.

You can’t just wish that you have more motivation, it might work for a bit, but if that’s all it took then everyone would be fully motivated all the time.

What you really need is the right set of building blocks and materials for your body to produce all of those vital compounds needed to feel driven and motivated.

If you consume the right elements then you will feel more driven and thus be more successful.

So what then are the elements to be consumed which will result in success?

There’s a near endless number of ways to balance and optimize the body.

Instead, let’s focus on the one single thing will have the greatest impact on our biology as it related to desire, drive, and motivation.

Ginseng.

Ginseng has been used for literally thousands of years for this exact purpose.

Ginseng balances the neurotransmitters, hormones, and other bodily chemistry in a way that results in greater drive and therefore success.

It’s ability to alter an individual is so unparalleled that Ginseng has the title of “King of Herbs.”

Unfortunately, due to differences in paradigms, few people in the western world truly come to appreciate Ginseng for what it is.

While traditionally it may be said to improve “chi” modern science has confirmed that it has a profound effect on balancing and strengthning the HPA axis of the body.

The Hypothalymus, Pituitary, Adrenal (HPA) axis is responsible for the automatic regulation of countless bodily functions, such a hormones, sleep, digestion, stress, libido, energy, and others.

As a result of these very physical changes you feel and experience life differently.

One such difference in experience is having more of the drive, energy, and motivation required to achieve your goals and be successful.

Success is all very concrete after all.

You can consume something like ginseng which has unique phyto-chemistry which interacts with the body in a very special and profound way.

This allows the body to better produce it’s own bio chemicals which results in you feeling more driven.

The increase in drive and motivation results in your taking the necessary actions to achieve what you want and be successful.

Just by consuming ginseng, you can radically alter your ability to achieve your goals and dreams.

There’s just one final piece to point out that’s very important.

The kind of Ginseng product you take will determine the results you get.

There several types of ginseng plants as well as numerous different ginseng products available.

The variety with the best ability to enhance the bodily functions required for success is prepared panax ginseng, otherwise known as Korean Red Ginseng, or Korean Style Ginseng.

Additionally, you want to get it in it’s whole root format because that will contain the full spectrum of compounds which has given Ginseng it’s thousands of years old reputation as the king of herbs.

Fortunately that is exactly what I offer on this website.

Nearly every day I have customers sending me messages telling me how great it makes them feel and how much it’s improved their life.

I also offer at literally the lowest price you’ll find anywhere because I want to help as many people as possibly to get the life improvements that Ginseng can offer.

Give my ginseng a try and achieve all your goals and dreams!

Why Quality Is King

Quality is everything when it comes to Medicinal and Performance Herbs.

Have you ever bought jalapeno peppers, at the store and noticed that some are spicier than others?

Even though they’re the same exact type, or species, of pepper they’re different.

Why?

Of course the hotter peppers contain more of the compounds which give the “spicy” effect.

Two of the same type of pepper could have different levels of spicy based solely on their growing conditions

Variation in plants occurs naturally based things like location, age, soil quality, weather patterns, the farmer’s experience with the plant, and so on.

These different factors can lead to one pepper being “hotter” than another.

The same can be true of almost every plant or herb.

Herbs can have wildly different quality based on their growing conditions.

Let’s take an herb like astragalus, which is known to help feed the immune system and energize the body.

Instead of having compounds that give a spicy effect like the jalapeno peppers, astragalus contains unique phyto-chemicals which nourish the immune system.

Naturally, based on different growing conditions, some astraglus will have more of those immune boosting compounds than other, lesser quality astraglus.

Bigger almost always when it comes to herbs

The whole reason you consume medicinal or performance enhancing herbs is to gain the benefits from their unique and special phyto-chemistry.

The amount and total quantity of those compounds will tend to be greater in higher quality herbs, and less in lower quality herbs.

This means that low quality herbs can contain very little of the active ingredients that benefit the body and boost performance.

Meanwhile the highest quality herbs will contain the highest concentrations of the all important active compounds and thus deliver a more potent and powerful effect on the body.

Additionally, higher quality herbs tend to have a nicer taste and aroma, induce fewer side effects, and are more balanced overall.

As you can see it’s of the utmost importance to obtain the best herbs available.

Investing in high quality herbs, like the one’s sold here on GinsengStoreandMore, are an investment in yourself.

You’ll be the one consuming the herbs, therefore you’ll be the getting the benefits.

Get better herbs, get better benefits.

It’s that simple.
