Shipping And Packaging

I will provide you with as many whole roots as possible based on the quantity you order. I may have to include some cut pieces in order to get the right amount of weight, but those pieces will be nice big chunks.

Due to the fragile nature of the rootlets some breakage will occur during shipping. I’ll do my best to reduce any breakage and rest assured that the full root are enclosed in the bag you receive them in.
